Our firm’s regulatory experience spans decades, from the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act in the late 1970s to Part 258 of the Municipal Solid Waste Landfill criteria in the early 1990s. We’ve worked with state and federal regulators throughout, successfully permitting landfills at every stage of that evolving framework.
We work alongside operators to troubleshoot and maintain existing leachate collection and treatment systems. That hands-on experience shapes designs built with operators and maintenance in mind from the start.
